This makes queen cell cups. Fill the cell with wax. Probably pre 1914. Would have been made for Sladen queen cell cups. Sladen left for Canada in 1910. He was a queen breeder at Ripon Apiary, Dover. Known for his book on the humble bee. ( E G Burtt)
