  • altitude 570 ft; wall facing SW has bee bole with damaged base (see photo) and, c.22 ft away, another filled in; between these is a window which owners think was probably once a bee bole (at each side is short length of tall wall at right angles, purpose unknown); in NW-facing wall is bee bole with damaged base; all have large lintels with slate inserts above; there are 2 more bee boles in yard wall (1548a)
