In 2018 Dr Stuart Andrews visited the site and noted: Very brief visit made on 8 October 2018. No opportunity to make detailed observations. Four recesses in the World War One memorial. Cemetery closed in 1900. Key may be available from Queensferry Parish Church (pers. comm. Queensferry History Group).
